Control access to individual AI functionality from the Centercode AI settings page
Some features only available on GoEarly!
Centercode offers powerful Artificial Intelligence features focused on maximizing your capabilities as a Community and Project Manager. Ted AI targets specific, high-value activities like building a plan for your test, creating a list of key product features complete with engaging activities, writing purpose-driven surveys, and much more.
Further, we recognize that not all organizations can leverage AI due to data management, access, or security compliance requirements. Below, we've described crucial details in the design of Ted AI as well as options for disabling AI at the program level.
Controlling AI feature availability
Ted AI Overview
- Ted AI leverages OpenAI (GPT4o) with custom trained assistants
- OpenAI retains data for 30 days solely to monitor for misuse before securely deleting it, and no data is ever used to train their models
- Centercode developed an agnostic system and may leverage additional models for future functionality (such as Gemini)
- Data provided to Ted AI is not used for AI / LLM training
- Files and instructions for the AI are uploaded into one endpoint at OpenAI, but are grouped within threads
- Threads are individual conversations between that interaction and OpenAI, containing any files attached and instructions delivered. Each interaction has its own thread - every new interaction is not within the same thread
- Individual AI features (Test Planning, Surveys, etc.) can be disabled for your entire Centercode site by a Community Administrator
- Use of any AI features is entirely optional -- determined by individual project managers
Controlling AI Feature Availability
Centercode's AI features can be individually enabled and disabled via the community level Centercode AI menu.
To access the Centercode AI menu:
- Click the community menu icon in the upper left
