How do I view a user card?

The user card is a compact summary panel for a single person. It's the fastest way to check one tester without leaving the page you're on, and it's where an individual's scores are shown.

Open it by selecting a user's name or avatar in areas such as feedback management or user comments/replies.

What the card shows
  • Identity: avatar or initials, full name, username, and email address.
  • Impact Score: how much that person's feedback has mattered.
  • Engagement Score: how actively that person is participating.
What you can do from the card
  • Open the person's Profile.
  • Open their Performance dashboard for the detail behind the two score figures.
  • Adjust their Teams.
  • Assume their identity, if you hold the Assume user identity role.

Some of these actions depend on your access in the project, so the card shows fewer options to users without project administration.

Notes
  • The card shows each score as a single figure. For how a score was reached, and for trends over time, use the Performance dashboard rather than the card.
  • Looking for how scoring is calculated or configured? See the Custom user scoring overview.
  • Looking for scores across your whole population instead of one person? See the Top Tester dashboard overview.
