Help! I removed all the project managers from a project!
Don't worry! Centercode automatically prevents removing ALL project managers from a project. All you'll need to do to regain access for your team is find who the last remaining project managers is and either have that person reinvite your PM team, or assume their account and invite them yourself.
To find the remaining project manager for a project you can simply build a filter/view combo to let you see which projects each user is listed as a project manager for, and find someone in the project you are looking for.
To build this view:
- Navigate to your community user management page via Community menu -> Community management -> Users
- Change the "User role" dropdown to Administrators
- Select the + icon in the view row to create a new view
- Navigate to the Project activity data set, and double click Active projects (Project manager) to add it to your view
- Click Create and apply view to view the list you just created
- Hover over a user who is a PM in the relevant project, and click the Assume button to assume that user and gain access to the project
- Reinvite any admins who were accidentally removed
