This will default all newly created User accounts in the Community to the selected Time Zone.

From the Community Homepage:
- Click the Drop down menu at the top right hand corner of the page (This should contain the image of the logo you have uploaded to your Community)
- Hover over the Community Administration options
- Select the All Community Tools settings
- Click the User Account Settings button in the Advanced Configuration area.
- Select from the Default Time Zone drop-down menu as desired.
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
You have successfully set a default Time Zone for your Community Users.
- Manage Community Role
- Users can later choose to change their default Time Zone in their Account Settings should they desire.
