How do I set a default Time Zone for my Community Users?

This will default all newly created User accounts in the Community to the selected Time Zone.

From the Community Homepage:

  1. Click the Drop down menu at the top right hand corner of the page (This should contain the image of the logo you have uploaded to your Community) 
  2. Hover over the Community Administration options
  3. Select the All Community Tools settings
  4. Click the User Account Settings button in the Advanced Configuration area.
  5. Select from the Default Time Zone drop-down menu as desired.
  6. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully set a default Time Zone for your Community Users.

Notes

  • Users can later choose to change their default Time Zone in their Account Settings should they desire.
