How do I set a default Time Zone for my Community Users?

Impact Edition Pro Edition Team Edition Legacy Edition


This will default all newly created User accounts in the Community to the selected Time Zone.

From the Community Homepage:

  1. Click the Community Logo > Community Configuration
  2. Click User Account Settings 
  3. Select from the Default Time Zone drop-down menu as desired.
  4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully set a default Time Zone for your Community Users.


  • Manage Community Role


  • Users can later choose to change their default Time Zone in their Account Settings should they desire.
