Clearing your browser cache may help speed up any delays you are experiencing while loading a report or user list in Centercode.
This article applies to All editions.
Immediately following Centercode System Maintenance or under certain other circumstances, such as the site not loading properly in your browser, it is recommended that you refresh your internet browser's Cache (the client-side storage of information for quicker page loading).
Below is a guide to refreshing your browser's Cache for the common Web Browsers.
Google - Chrome
- Click the List icon (three horizontal bars) in the top right
- Select Delete browsing data
- Select the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Choose the time range of data to delete
- Click Delete data
You have successfully cleared your internet Cache in Chrome
Mozilla - Firefox
- Click the Firefox drop-down menu in the top left.
- Hover your mouse over History then select Clear Recent History
- Extend the Details menu and select Cache from the list (along with any other data types you wish to remove)
- Select Everything from the Time Range drop-down menu
- Select Clear Now to confirm
You have successfully cleared your internet Cache in Firefox
Opera Software - Opera
- Click the Opera drop-down menu in the top left
- Hover your mouse over Settings and select Delete Private Data
- Click the Detailed Options menu, select Delete entire cache, and uncheck all other options (except any other data types you wish to remove)
- Click the Delete button to confirm
You have successfully cleared your internet Cache in Opera.
Apple - Safari
- Click the Safari menu
- Click Settings
- Click Privacy
- Click Manage website data
- Click Remove all
- Click Remove now
You have successfully cleared your internet Cache in Safari.
