      How do I add choices?

      Add the Choices element to your form or add additional choices to an existing Choices element

      This article applies to Pro, Team, and Legacy editions.

      To add a Choices Form Element to your form:

      1. Navigate to the page that manages your form
        1. Survey  > Survey Management
        2. User Profile > User Profile Management
        3. Test Platform > Test Platform Management
      2. Click on the name of your form 
      3. Click Create a form element
      4. Select Choices from the Element Type
      5. Scroll down and add your choices
      6. Click Submit
      If you're looking to add additional choices to an element that already exists:
      1. Navigate to the tool that manages your form
        1. Survey > Survey Management
        2. User Profile > User Profile Management
        3. Test Platform > Test Platform Management
      2. Click on the name of your form 
      3. Hover over the element you'd like to add choices to
      4. Click the Modify pencil
      5. Scroll down and add your choices
      6. Click Submit
