How do I change my engagement bot's email avatar?

If you've updated your engagement bot's in-site avatar you may also wish to update the email avatar to match what you have selected in site. The avatar used when sending an email (example) is controlled by the account/profile picture being used by the email provider you have set as Ted's email address.

Updating these account/profile pictures is usually a fairly simple, but slightly different, process between each email provider. Here are a few guides from some of the more common email providers as examples:
