In-site Chat Support

Our in-site chat support is handled via a combination of Ted AI and live support agents.

Ted AI is available 24 hours a day, and with access to our entire knowledge base, is very adept at getting you answers to even complex platform issues in an instant! Just start your chat off with a brief summary of your issue and Ted will take it from there!

If Ted isn't able to help (or at any point you'd like to speak to a person), just let him know via typing "transfer", "agent", "speak to a person", or anything of that variety and he'll attempt to connect you to one of our support agents.

Live chat support is available from 8am to 6pm Pacific (or 7am to 7pm Pacific for Enterprise Support customers!). If a support agent is not available at that time we'll get to you as soon as we are able!

Centercode Issue Form

Accessible via the Help menu in the upper right, or via our help site the Centercode issue form is another avenue of notifying us that you're having a problem with your site. This form is typically used to report site performance issues or outages. Minor and Serious issues will be handled during normal support work hours from 8am to 6pm Pacific time (or 7am to 7pm Pacific for Enterprise Support customers). Critical issues causing data loss or total site inaccessibility will be handled ASAP.

Lastly, you can always notify us of any issues you are having via email at help@centercode.com, and will be answered during our normal 8am to 6pm Pacific (or 7am to 7pm Pacific for Enterprise Support customers).

Notes

  • Centercode support is intended for admin use only, we are unable to assist testers with issues they might be running into while using the Centercode platform. Testers should contact test admins to report these issues.
  • In-site chat support requires the Access Centercode Support Community role
