Top Testers Dashboard

This dashboard ranks your testers by their cumulative Impact Score, listed in the far-right column. It also provides you with a high-level overview of their contributions to feedback and collaboration.  

1. Participant list: List of tester names and their associated avatars. 
2. Feedback submitted by type: Shows the total number of submitted feedback items for each type, based on the applied feedback type filters.
3. Total replies: Shows the total number of replies made to tickets within the filtered feedback types. 
4. Total votes: Shows the total number of feedback tickets voted on within the filtered feedback types.
5. Project points: Displays the total number of project points a tester has earned. These points are manually assigned via ranks and are not affected by filters. Read more about manual scoring here.
6. Total tester Impact Score: Shows the tester’s Impact Score based on the filtered feedback types. This total reflects the combined Impact Score of all feedback tickets submitted by the tester.
