Team activity log overview
The Team Activity Log shows a full history of membership changes for a team. Each entry records who made the change, what the change was, which user was affected, and when it happened.
Activity Log
1. [Team Name] Activity Log: The page title confirms which team's log you're viewing.
2. User: The admin who performed the action. If the action was triggered by an automated macro, this shows the admin who created the macro.
💡 Ted Tip: If you see a log entry where a user appears to have added or removed themselves and you don't think they did, it may mean the action was triggered by an automated macro whose creator is no longer a member of the community. In that case the platform attributes the action to the affected user rather than the original macro creator.
3. Action: The change that was made. This will be either Added user or Removed user.
4. Affected Users: The user who was added to or removed from the team.
5. Date: The date and time the action was performed.
💡 Ted Tip: If users are unexpectedly missing from a team, the activity log is the first place I'd check. It shows exactly when they were removed and what triggered it - whether that's an admin action or a macro run - so you can quickly confirm what happened and restore the right users.
Notes
- The log is read-only. Entries cannot be edited or deleted.
