Projects management overview

The Project Management page lists all active projects within a program. From here you can create new projects, access individual project tools, and manage the program itself.

Page Actions

1. [Program Name] Projects: The page title confirms which program you're viewing.

2. Modify Program Settings: Opens the program settings page, where you can update the program name and configure recruitment limiting filters.

3. Create a Project: Opens the project creation page. See the Guide to Creating a Centercode Project for a full walkthrough.

4. View Archive: Opens the archive for this program, showing all inactive projects within it. See Archive Project Overview for more detail.

Project List

Each row represents one active project in this program. Hover over a row to reveal the action icons.

5. Project: The name of the project. Click the row to go to that project's homepage. You must be a member of the project to access it.

6. Project Summary (lightbulb icon): Opens the Project Summary page for that project.

7. Archive (archive icon): Archives this project, moving it out of the active project list and into the program archive. See Archive Project Overview for more detail.

8. Created: The date and time the project was created.

9. Users: The total number of users across all teams in this project.

Notes

  • Only active projects are shown on this page. Archived projects can be found via View Archive.
  • Projects can be moved between programs from within the project settings.
