Project summary overview

The Project Summary page provides a read-only snapshot of your project's key details and activity. It covers everything from basic project information and user counts to feedback totals, survey responses, content, email, and recruiting data - all in one place.

Access this page by clicking the lightbulb icon next to a project on the Project Management page.

Project Details

Name: The name of the project.

Program: The program this project belongs to.

Status: Whether the project is currently active or inactive.

Date Created: The date and time the project was created.

Project Managers: A list of users with the Project Manager role on this project.

💡 Ted Tip: You can hover over any project manager for quick access to an "Assume" button. This is a great way to get access to a project if you're not already a PM!

Users

Last Sign-in: The most recent sign-in date for each project manager listed.

Total: The total number of users across all teams in the project.

30 Days: The number of users added to the project in the last 30 days.

7 Days: The number of users added to the project in the last 7 days.

Sign-ins

Total: The total number of sign-in events recorded for this project.

30 Days: The number of sign-in events in the last 30 days.

7 Days: The number of sign-in events in the last 7 days.

Team Access

A breakdown of total membership across each team in the project, showing how many users are on each team.

Feedback

A breakdown of feedback by type, showing the number of open, resolved, and total items for each feedback type configured in the project. A combined total across all feedback types is shown at the bottom.

Surveys

A list of surveys in the project with a total response count for each. Surveys with no responses show a count of 0.

Content

A breakdown of content by content type, showing the number of content pieces within each type.

Email

Total: The total number of email send attempts from this project.

Sent: The number of email successfully sent.

In Queue: The number of email currently queued to be sent.

Recruiting

Total: The total number of recruiting actions taken in this project.

Recruitments: The number of recruiting campaigns configured in the project.

Invitation Types: The number of invitation types configured across all recruiting campaigns.

Notes

  • All data on this page is read-only. No changes can be made from the Project Summary.
  • User counts reflect total team membership and may include users on multiple teams.
