[Overviews](https://help.centercode.com/en/feedback?hsLang=en#overviews) # Feedback type management ## Easily create, manage, and check the status of your feedback types Feedback type management allows you easy access to all sorts of tools and information related to your projects feedback types. ### Navigating feedback type management ![](https://t.gyazo.com/teams/centercode/243cf64fc21ada412594e89087b4f250.jpg) 1. `Create a feedback type` - Allows you to create a new feedback type 2. `Create a feedback type group` - Allows you to create a feedback type group, which can be used to organize multiple feedback types into a group 3. `View archive` - Takes you to the feedback type archive, which contains all your inactive archived feedback types 4. `Feedback type name` - Clicking on the name of your feedback type will take you straight to the form view page for that feedback type, where you can edit the elements it contains 5. `Modify` - Takes you to the Modify Feedback type page, which contains all the various settings and tools for managing a feedback type 6. `Create a report` - Automatically generates a quick report containing all submitted feedback and all elements for this feedback type 7. `Export` - Automatically generates a quick report containing all submitted feedback and all elements for this feedback type set to export as an excel or CSV file 8. `Export files` - Prepares a .zip file of all files uploaded in this feedback type. Includes files uploaded via form element, as well as files uploaded in the discussion section. 9. `Archive` - Archives this feedback type, setting it as inactive and hidden but maintaining all settings and retaining all submitted feedback. This feedback type will be unavailable in reporting until it is unarchived. (Files can still be exported from archived feedback types) 10. `Elements` - Lists the number of elements this feedback type contains 11. `Drafts` - Lists the number of existing drafts for this feedback type (making any modifications to this feedback types form or settings will clear all drafts) 12. `Completed` - Number of completed feedback tickets for this feedback type 13. `Submit access` - Quick overview of team types that have submit permissions for this feedback type. These icons can be clicked to quick remove or grant access to all teams of that type.
