Delta Huddle
This dashboard offers a centralized, real-time overview of your project’s current status, recent findings, and upcoming plans. It consolidates key metrics from previous, current, and upcoming phases to help teams align and make informed decisions. Use it regularly to assess progress, address blockers, and coordinate next steps.
The Delta huddle dashboard is has three primary sections:
Status Update
This section displays information about the status-to-date of your project as a whole.
Delta health and success
This dashboard element displays the overall Delta Health and Success scores for your project, which are defined as:
Delta Health
: Health is a measurement of engagement from your testers. A low letter grade means that either your testers didn't complete their assigned activities, submit actionable feedback, or both. This score is critical to ensuring predictability for the success of your product.Delta Success
: Success is a prediction of how successful this product will be in the eyes of your audience, based on the sentiment of the impact and type of feedback they provide. Success begins as a range and is represented as a whole number once health reaches an A+, ensuring a confident prediction.Delta Impact
: Impact measures the effectiveness of your test by comparing the difference between your success prediction without feedback addressed (i.e. if your product had gone to market without this test) versus your success score based on the feedback you successfully addressed (i.e. your product now).
Note: Mark feedback as addressed by putting it in a status with the "Resolved - fixed" or "Resolved - other" intent.
Feedback overview
This section displays a breakdown of the total feedback submitted for each of your feedback types (including blocking issues) for the entire project. A drop-down arrow under each feedback type will display a list of tickets sorted by highest feedback impact.
Project schedule
Displays the overall project phase progress, as well as information on the progress of the current phase.
Test Plan
This section contains detailed information about your current phase, past phases, and upcoming phases. It includes phase by phase breakdowns of satisfaction, feedback submitted, and the health and impact scores of each of your features individually, broken down by phase.
Feedback Review
This section breaks down feedback in a number of ways including sections for unresolved blocking issues, tickets in a status with the "team review" intent, high impact feedback, tickets with a high comment velocity, and more!
