C9.1 Patch Notes

Silent authentication for external authentications; this allows for customers to manage their own users logins.
Default forum filter per community; this allows for the community manager to default what filter forum their end users see when going to a forum for the first time.
Japanese style name formatting; this will display the names side by side anywhere they are added/edited by the end user.
Password Recovery Link on the Login page; base string was changed to included link tags. This allows static text to be used here in place of a link.
