The third release of the C16 Release Track includes one major new feature that’s been requested by a multitude of our customers: A tester-facing rich text editor breathes new life to collaborative discussions and allows for greater organization and insight into traditionally flat text responses.
Beyond this prolific new feature, we’ve made back-end updates to improve process performance and prepare the Centercode offering for unprecedented levels of scalability.
Finally, we're also deploying an updated version of our CV Framework Template leveraging a significantly more efficient approach to standardized customer validation testing (you want actionable product recommendations achieved via repeatable testing processes that are directly supported by templated project configurations, we got those!)
