From Project or Community Report Management:

1. Click the icon to the left of the desired Report.
2. Adjust Team Access settings as appropriate for Distributions (or skip it if you only want the Report to refresh).
3. Under the Distribution Options heading, set the Refresh & Distribution Interval as desired and adjust the subsequent distribution and format settings as needed.
4. Adjust the Advanced Options accordingly, and click the Next>> button at the bottom of the page when satisfied.

You have successfully Set Auto-Refresh and Auto-Distribute intervals on a Report.

• Reports can be set to Auto-Refresh at certain intervals (daily, weekly, or monthly), as well as to Auto-Distribute to Internal or Manager Teams at these same intervals as desired.  Please note that Auto-Refresh, and especially Auto-Distribute, take up a good deal of system resources when processing.
• It's a good practice when using these features to set the times that they run to off-hours, either at night or early morning when the system is under low stress.  It can also help to stagger them, such that they are not all processing at once. These are powerful features, but are also resource intensive and spacing them out and/or running them at off-hours can help to minimize any negative impact.
