From the Project Homepage:

1. Click the Project Tools link on the left hand menu.
2. Click the Wikis button in the main body area.
3. Click the icon to the left of the desired Wiki.
4. Navigate through the Wiki to a page with Unapproved Edits listed above the page Content (this will indicate the Users Full Name and Time Stamp as well).
5. Click the custom link containing the Users Full Name and Time Stamp below the Unapproved Edits heading.
6. View the New Version, Live Version, and Differences, and click the Approve button at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully approved unpublished Wiki Content.

Requirements

• Wiki Manage Role for the specific Wiki

Notes

• Providing Users with create and modify, but not approve Roles will enforce an approval process.
• Providing Users with create, modify, and approve Roles will function more like a traditional collaborative Wiki.
