Within Connect, any data or content can be reported on or filtered out. This guide serves to provide insight as to where certain filter criteria can be found within the available Data Sets. For an Excel Spreadsheet containing this information, see the attachment at the bottom of this article.

Requirements

  • Access User Management Role

Notes

  • The Notice filter item for "Yes/No Value" pertains to the Yes/No Notice Type.
  • The Survey filter item for "Last Update" pertains to Updates or Modifications to existing User Survey responses made by Community or Project Managers. Due to the nature of Non-Notice Surveys, Users are unable to "update" their own Survey Responses.
  • The Participation filter for "# of Forum (Activity)" includes options for Forum Posts, Replies, or original Topics.
