Reports with Drill down enabled that have been refreshed or distributed (and have not been viewed in print view since) will not load any charting elements it contains properly until print view has been accessed. Until this is addressed, please view a Report that you are experiencing this with in print view first, and then export the Report to get the proper results. We apologize for this extra step.
