Project Feedback Role Reference

Feedback Roles are a static set of named Access Roles, available per Feedback Type, that allow Project Managers to provide granular control over accessing Feedback within their Projects. These Roles only pertain to Feedback, usually including Bug Reports, Suggestions, or Daily Journals. The following is a list of Roles within the Feedback function:
| ROLE | FUNCTION |
|---|---|
| Remove Feedback | This Role grants access to Removing Feedback. This action will erase any data pertaining to that Feedback entry. The Remove Feedback Role is required for Project Managers. |
| Moderate Feedback | This Role grants access to Modifying Feedback. The Moderate Feedback Role is required for Project Managers. |
| View All Feedback | This Role grants access to viewing all Feedback within this Type. |
| View Team Owned Feedback | This Role grants access to viewing Feedback which is owned by any Team that the User is a member of. |
| View Team Submitted Feedback | This Role grants access to viewing Feedback which was submitted by any team that the User is a member of. |
| Access Feedback History | This Role grants access to viewing Feedback History for each Feedback Form of this Feedback Type. |
| Access Linked Feedback | This Role grants access to viewing Feedback which has been previously linked with other Feedback. |
| Moderate Linked Feedback | This Role grants access to linking Feedback together and Modifying those links. |
| Access Feedback Splash Page | This Role grants access to the Splash Page, featuring Filters/Views and the option to Export or build Reports on Feedback. |
| Send Comment Notifications | This Role grants access to various E-mail notification options when adding a Comment to Feedback. |
| Submit Feedback | This Role grants access to Submitting Feedback for this particular Feedback Type. |
| View Owned Feedback | This Role grants access to viewing Feedback Owned by the individual User. |
| View Submitted Feedback | This Role grants access to viewing Feedback which was submitted by the individual User. |
Notes:
- Keep in mind that adjusting the Roles for one Feedback Type is independent of other Feedback Types. For example, you can individually adjust settings if you want to allow a Team to have full access to Bug Reports and Feature Requests, but not Daily Journals.
